Bondway

The Bondway Self Storage Facility in Vauxhall Cross was acquired on behalf of investors. Two schemes were designed for the site which sits in the emerging Vauxhall Cross regeneration area. The first, an office scheme, was designed by KPF Architects for a 48 storey tower contained circa 580’000 sq ft of category A office space. Responding to changing market conditions, Alan Camp architects were appointed to design a mixed use scheme including apartments, a hotel and offices in two towers rising to 42 storeys.
