A cleared site was acquired in the butler's wharf area and a new building in the warehouse vernacular was constructive in London stock brick with warehouse Crittal windows. This provided excellent loft apartments, which were sold as shells. The units are larger than average and each one was converted to the incoming buyers internal fit out design. The flexibility that this provides is extremely popular.
